Mushroom Burger
These veggies burgers are easy to make and make a great alternative to meat. It is easy to make and the layer is easily customizable. For a Low carb or keto burger, you may use lettuce and wrap the patties with an onion and tomato layer instead of the burger buns.
You may also add two patties instead of one and call them a king-sized Mushroom Burger.
Ingredients
Burger Buns - I am using store-bought burger buns. They save much time and are easy to put together.
Lettuce - This goes as a layer in the burger. I am using iceberg lettuce.
Onion, Tomato - Use thin slices of onion and tomato. You may use one or two layers as you prefer.
Sriracha Mayo - The burger is always incomplete without a spread. It complements and completes the burger. You can use either the store-bought ones or the homemade burger sauce.
Mushroom Patties - I am using my homemade air fryer mushroom patties. You can use the store bought patties as well if you want to quickly put together a burger.
Cheese - Use a cheese slice this is optional but definitely adds up to the taste.
