Arisi Parupu Sadham Recipe | Coimbatore Style Dal Rice | Kongunad Dal Rice with Step by step photos. Arisi Parupu Sadham is one famous delicacy from Kongunadu. I happened to taste this dish during my PG days .Few of my roommates were from Coimbatore and whenever they come from native this will definitely be in their box and we had a feast.

They usually pack in mandharai leaves while coming and we used to reheat and enjoy with a dollop of ghee and heaven it was. I did a good thing of noting down the recipe from my friends mom and here it is now. So sharing this yummy recipe today which I enjoyed it a lot.
