Banana Skin Chutney | Banana Peel Chutney

No need to waste the Banana Skin anymore when you can turn it into a delicious Chutney, In most of the households we make raw banana poriyal or fry once in a while and everyone including me would be wasting the peel of banana, One of my Colleague in office brings chutney daily once when I asked her the secret she said her father in law is an expert in making chutney and daily in their house they will prepare poriyal with one vegetable and the skin becomes a chutney.

I personally tasted many vegetables skin chutney from her but never realised it is from the skin, I used to enjoy the delicacy. Really being in Karnataka I learnt few of their native recipes and this is one. Now let’s get started.
