I have not added sugar to the smoothie as the sweetness from the fruits were enough for me. But you can add if you prefer more sweetness. Using frozen fruits makes the smoothie creamier. Such a yummy and healthy delight for breakfast.

Blueberry Banana Smoothie
Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
- ½ cup Blueberry
- 2 Banana
- 1 Almond milk
- In a blender add in chopped banana and blueberry.
- Next add in the Almond milk and blend to a smooth puree. Serve chilled.
· Serve chilled.
· If you prefer more sweetness you can add sugar or any other sweeteners.
