    Chilli Cheese Sandwich | Easy Sandwich Recipes

    Sandwich always make cheat breakfast for me.If I wanted to make a quick and delicious breakfast in less time I usually go for a Sandwich. Chili Cheese is usually made as a toast but I love making it as a sandwich as I feel it very complete and full .Now let’s get started.
    If you really have a good spicy taste bud feel free to add more chilli. The Cheese blend very well with the green chilli and make a lovely Combo.

    Chilli cheese Sandwich Recipe

    Recipe Cuisine: Indian |  Recipe Category : Breakfast/Snacks
    Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time :3 mins |Serves: 2 |Author :Sharmila
    Ingredients:
    Bread slices – 4
    Cheese Cubes – 4 or 3 tbsp
    Green Chilli – 2nos
    Pepper Powder – 1 tbsp
    Salt as needed
    Step by step Method with pictures:
    1. In a mixing bowl add in the grated cheese, To this add in finely chopped Green Chilli, Pepper powder and Salt if using.
    2. Now Slice the Bread into 2 half’s and put a generous amount of the Chilli Cheese filling and close the bread with the other slice.
    3. Toast the Bread Slices in a Sandwich maker or tawa, Chilli Cheese Sandwich is now ready to serve.

    Notes:
    • The addition of Salt is totally optional, as the bread slices will already have salt added to it.
    • I have used Wheat Bread, White bread can also be used.
    • Tastes good with Tomato sauce.
    • Makes a filling breakfast along with a cup of Milk or serve as an after school snack for the kids.
    • If you like a more buttery flavour spread butter on the slice and then add the cheese filling.
