Double Baked Potato with step by step pictures .Here comes another delicious one pot dish, double Baked Potatoes. To all the Potato lovers out there, here is one healthy and guilt free snack for you as it contains very minimal oil just a tsp of olive oil. Perfect for a cold evening snack. Now let’s get started.
2.After the first bake, take the baked potatoes in a bowl, Add in Salt, Pepper Powder, Kebab Masala and Chilli flakes and toss well.
3.Next add in a tsp of Olive oil, toss everything once again, Next in the same baking tray bake in 180 Deg C for another 20 mins.
4.After it is baked, take them in a serving bowl and sprinkle some grated Cheese or use Vegan Cheese for a Vegan Version. Serve as an appetizer.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- 2 Potato
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
- Salt as needed
- 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
- Cajun spice as needed
- 1 tsp Olive oil

- Wash the potatoes really well, Chop them roughly into pieces. Prick them with a fork. .Meanwhile preheat the oven at 180 Deg C for about 10 mins and then in a baking tray lined with Parchment paper bake the potatoes for about 45 mins.

Notes
- Makes a healthy snack as we add a very less oil.
- Skip Cheese or use Vegan Cheese for Vegan Version.
- Makes a great evening snack.
- Few slices of onions can also be added along with the Potatoes.
- Cheese can be replaced with butter as well.
