Here is one awesome and tasty idea to use the leftover chicken. Leftover chicken pieces are shredded into small pieces and then cooked in a flavourful onion and capsicum base. It is indeed yummy.         1.     Heat oil in a wok once it hot add in the Fennel seeds let it splutter and then add in the curry leaves and crushed garlic saute well.

    2.     Next add in the finely chopped onions saute till they turn glossy and then add in sliced capsicum. Saute for few secs such that till they are crunchy.

    3.     Now shred the chicken and keep it ready. I used leftover grilled chicken (You can use any chicken recipe). The chicken is already cooked and it has salt and masala, So we need to add it only in small quantity. To the capsicum add in the salt and garam Masala, Mix evenly and then add in the shredded chicken pieces.

      4.     In a high flame saute it for a in and then add in the pepper powder give a quick mix and then switch off the flame.
