Onion Tomato Raita goes very well with biryani and pulao. We prepare it with thick curd or Yogurt along with spice powders, Onion, and tomato.

Whenever it comes to Biryani or any spicy Rice Varieties Raita is served as a mandatory accomplishment. Not sure if there is any specific reason behind it. But it goes very well together. It can be prepared using a variety of veggies. Today I am sharing a version with Tomatoes and Onions. Now let’s get started.
