Ingredients:
Paneer -100 gm Oil - 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds-1 tsp Curry leaves a spring Onion -2 small Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Tomato -2 Water -2 tbsp Roasted cumin powder- ½ tsp Fennel seeds powder -½ tsp Turmeric powder- ½ tsp Curd -2 tbsp Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Salt as needed Crushed pepper ½ tsp Coriander leaves 3 tbsp Method:
1. Heat a pan with oil ,once its hot add in the fennel seeds let it splutter and then add in the curry leaves.
2. Next add the sliced onions saute till glossy and then add in the ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell leaves. Next add in the tomatoes and cook till it becomes mushy.
3. Now add in the spice powders red chilli powder, fennel seeds powder, roasted cumin powder, turmeric powder and required salt. Mix well and add water cook for 2 mins.Mean while cube the paneer and soak in warm water for 15 mins
4. Next add in the paneer to the pan. Gently mix without breaking. Cook for 2 mins. Add curd and combine everything.
5. Finally add in the crushed pepper. Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off.
Notes:
· Serve with roti ,phulka or even pulao.
· Makes a spicy dish to go with light meal.
