Paneer Paratha or Paneer Stuffed paratha is another healthy stuffed paratha. It is so filling and goes with just yogurt and Pickle.
2. When the dough is ready lets preparing the filling. Grate the paneer .To this add finely chopped green chilli and coriander leaves.
3. Next add in the salt and garam masala mix well and form equal sized balls.
4. Now pinch a small portion of the prepared dough. Roll to a small sized and flatten. Keep a small paneer ball and seal all the sized to close.
5. Now dust it and flatten it to a paratha shape.
6. Heat a tawa once it’s hot toast the paratha by applying ghee on both sides.
7. Once it’s cooked to perfection remove and serve immediately.

Paneer Paratha | Stuffed Paneer Paratha
Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- Atta / Whole Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Water as needed
- Ghee/oil to cook the paratha
- For the filling :
- Paneer grated – ½ cup
- Green chilli – 1
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
- Salt as needed
- Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add in the atta and the required salt. Add water little by little and start kneading the dough. After kneading to a soft dough. Cover it with a kitchen cloth and leave it undisturbed for 30 mins.
- When the dough is ready let's preparing the filling. Grate the paneer. To this add finely chopped green chili and coriander leaves.
- Next add in the salt and garam masala mix well and form equal sized balls.
- Now pinch a small portion of the prepared dough. Roll to a small-sized and flatten. Keep a small paneer ball and seal all the sides to close.
- Now dust it and flatten it to a paratha shape.
- Heat a Tawa once it’s hot toast the paratha by applying ghee on both sides.
- Once it’s cooked to perfection remove and serve immediately.
Notes
· Instead of grating the paneer it can be crumbled and used. I have tried both ways.
· Serve with yogurt or any sabzi.
