Pomegranate Juice is a fresh fruit Juice made with Pomegranate along with any sweeteners of choice. It is so cooling for the hot summer.

    Pomegranate Juice

I always prefer fresh juice to canned or preserved juice. While preparing fresh juice is much easier at home, why do we need to buy preserved juice. Come on let’s get started. Pomegranate/Anar juice is loved by all it has so many health benefits too. It is good for our health and skin.

How to Prepare Fresh Pomegranate Juice

    1. Cut open a pomegranate into two half’s. With the backside of a big ladle knock the one half of the pomegranate all the pomegranate pearls will fall off ,this is the easy way to de-seed the pomegranate.
    2. Repeat the same process for the other half as well. Take a blender and add in the deseeded pomegranate pearls into the blender add in the sugar, black salt, water and ice cubes and blend it really well.
    3. Sieve the juice using a strainer. Cooling pomegranate juice is ready to beat the heat.

    Tips to prepare Fresh Juice

    • Feel free to replace sugar with any natural sweetening agents like honey.
    • You can skip adding ice cubes while blending. Instead you can add it in the cups before serving the juice.
    • Serve the juice immediately after preparing.
