Sharing today an awesome Sea Food Lunch Spread. I prepared this Lunch for our Sunday Meal. Hubby loves sea Food a lot, so I made this lunch especially for him. We enjoyed it a lot along with a Sunday Movie In the Menu.
    • Anchovies Fish Curry / NethiliMeen Kuzhambu
    • Prawn Masala
    • Fish Fry
    • Steamed Rice

The only difficult part in cooking Sea Food is the Cleaning but I get all the fish cleaned in the supermarket itself. So I halves my effort. Now let’s get started.

Sea Food Lunch Spread | Non Veg Lunch Menu -1
Recipe Cuisine: Indian |  Recipe Category : Lunch / Thali
    Prep Time: 30 mins | Cook Time : 60 mins |Serves: 2 |Author :Sharmila
    In the Menu
    Anchovies Fish Curry
    Prawn Masala
    Fish Fry
    Steamed Rice
    1. Clean the Fish and Prawns before starting to cook, if you are cleaning the same day, dedicate one hour for cleaning itself, as it takes time to clean and devein the prawns. I usually get everything cleaned in the Market where we buy itself.
    2. Next Peel Onions, Chop tomato, grate coconut and Soak the Rice and Tamarind and set aside.
    3. Next Prepare the marinade for the fish fry and marinate it and set aside.
    4. Now Start preparing the Fish Curry and Prawn Masala in two separate burners. Both the dishes get cooked so fast in more or less 20 mins-30 mins.
    5. Next start frying the fish and cooking the Rice.
    6. It will take around 15 mins. Now we are done with the Cooking J

    Notes:

    • The only time consuming process is the cleaning and preparatory part in this Lunch.
    • If everything is done we can cook in less than 1 hour.
