1. In a blender add in the Semolina, Sugar .
2. Next add cocoa powder, Blend it together. Next add in the Milk,
3. Curd and Cooking oil, Blend everything once again.
4. Transfer everything to a mixing bowl. Add in the baking powder and mix well.
5. Mean while brush a baking pan with oil. Place a parchment paper over it and set it aside.
6. After 30 mins the batter would have become slightly thick. Add in 2 tbsp of milk and mix well.
7. Now transfer the batter to the cake pan. Pan it twice so that the air bubbles if any will be removed.
8. Heat a heavy bottomed pressure cooker or idli cooker. Invert a vessel and keep it inside. Cover Heat it in a high flame for 5 mins.Open that and then keep the cake pan and cook in a low flame for 40 mins or until the cake is completey cooked.You can check that by inserting a tooth pick of knife ,If it comes out clean the cake it cooked. Switch off and remove the cake pan from the cooker.Let it cool for some 10 mins.
9. Run a knife through the pan and relase the cake, If inverted the cake comes out clean.Let it cool completely and then slice and serve.
Delicious Chocolate Semolina Cake is now ready to be served for the evening snacks.

Semolina Chocolate Cake Recipe | Stove Top Cooker Chocolate Cake| No Oven Chocolate Cake with Rava
Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- Semolina / Rava – 1 cup
- Sugar – ¾ cup

Notes
- Make sure you use a heavy bottomed vessel, Also if using cooker no need to use the gasket.
- Don’t open the lid for 30 min as it may slow down the process.
- Any heavy and sturdy vessel works for this process.
- You can use a stand to cake the cake pan ,it should not touch the bottom of the cooker directly.So I inverted a vessel and kept the cake pan above it.
- You can use Almond flakes, fruits, any nuts of your choice as a toping.
- Or even chocolate sauce can be used.
- Can be easily prepared in just 1 hour.
