Vegetable Pizza dosa
Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- Idli Dosa Batter – 1 cup
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
- Chopped Onion – 2 tbsp
- Chopped tomato – 2 tbsp
- Chopped Capsicum – 2 tbsp
- Chopped carrot – 2 tbsp
- Sweet corn – 2 tbsp
- Cheese cubes - 3
Instructions
- Heat a dosa tawa. Once it’s hot pour a ladle of idli dosa batter. Don't spread, let it be like an uthappam. Drizzle oil on the edges and cover and cook for a few secs so that the bottom starts to get crisp and the batter doesn’t spread upon adding the toppings.
- Next add in chopped onions, tomato, and capsicum
- Next add carrot and sweet corn. Finally, add in the grated cheese.
- Cover and cook in a lowest possible flame until the cheese starts to melt and the dosa is cooked fully.
Notes
· Add the toppings as per your preference.
· Serve as a breakfast or even as a snack.
