    Vegetable  Pizza dosa Recipe | Pizza Dosa step by step pictures . Pizza dosa is an yummy variation from the regular dosa. You can just add all your kids favorite toppings and serve to your kids. They sure will fall for the lovely color and ask you to prepare again and again. Now let see how to prepare pizza dosa.

        Step by step Method with pictures: 
         1.    Heat a dosa tawa. Once it’s hot pour a ladle of idli dosa batter. Dont spread, let it be like an uthappam.Drizzle oil on the edges and cover and cook for a few secs so that the bottom start to get crisp and the batter don’t spread upon adding the toppings.

       2.    Next add in chopped onions, tomato and capsicum

     3.    Next add carrot and sweet corn. Finally add in the grated cheese.

     4.    Cover and cook in a lowest possible flame until the cheese starts to melt and the dosa is cooked fully.

     Serve with tomato sauce for kids as an after school snack. They will sure love it.

    Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

    Ingredients

    • Idli Dosa Batter – 1 cup
    • Ghee – 1 tbsp
    • Chopped Onion – 2 tbsp
    • Chopped tomato – 2 tbsp
    • Chopped Capsicum – 2 tbsp
    • Chopped carrot – 2 tbsp
    • Sweet corn – 2 tbsp
    • Cheese cubes - 3

    Instructions
