It is very important to drink lot of water in this season to keep the body hydrated.. However, it’s healthier to have the fruits as such instead of juices as we add sugar in juices. Hence to keep our juices more healthy always try to avoid adding sugar in juices. Instead, add honey or just skip.
How to prepare Watermelon Juice
- In a blender add in the chopped water Melon pieces and sugar if required.
- Blend it well until it gets the juice consistency.
- Strain it using a strainer and squeeze out the excess juice.
- Pour it in a serving glass add in ice cubes and serve immediately.

Water Melon Juice | Summer Drinks
Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- 2 cups WaterMelon
- Sugar as needed
- Ice cubes as needed
Instructions
- In a blender add in the chopped water Melon pieces and sugar if required.
- Blend it well until it gets the juice consistency.
- Strain it using a strainer and squeeze out the excess juice.
- Pour it in a serving glass add in ice cubes and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can skip adding sugar as the water melon itself is sweet.
- Instead of sugar you can also honey.
- No need to add water in water melon juice as watermelon itself has lot of water content.
