Peel the skin of Ice apple and chop them into small pieces.
In a serving glass add in the chopped Ice apple and Rose extract.
Add in the milk and required sugar.
Mix well and serve

· Add boiled and cooled milk. · Serve Chilled. · You can also refrigerate for 30 mins and then serve. · If using rose syrup add 2 tbsp and no sugar is required as rose is already sweet.I used rose essence and hence I added extra sugar.
