Banana Milkshake

Banana Milk shake is a sweet and cold beverage which is prepared using milk or iced milk , banana along with ice cream

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 cup Cold milk
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • ¼ tsp Cardamom powder a pinch optional for topping
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Icecream optional

Instructions 

  • In a blender add Sliced Banana , Ice-cream if using
  • Also add honey or any other sweeteners as you prefer. Maple syrup also works well.
  • Next add cardamom powder. You can also add cinnamon powder if you prefer.
  • Finally add boiled and chilled milk.
  • Blend well until creamy and frothy.
  • Delicious banana milkshake is now ready.

Notes

  •  You can also add Vanilla Ice-cream can also if you prefer your milk shake to be creamier. I am using my homemade icecream
  •  We can also add Ice cubes. or you can freeze milk in icecube tray and add. It gives a creamier milkshake.
  • Serve the banana milk shake immediately after preparing. As the milk shake might change in color if not consumed immediately.
  • If adding icecream you can also skip honey as the sweetness should be balanced from icecream.
