Easy Garlic Bread

Easy Garlic bready is semi-homemade buttery garlic bread. It is easy to prepare and gets done in just 10 mins.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

Ingredients

  • 1 french baguette bread
  • 10 pods Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soft Salted Butter
  • Oregano as needed to sprinkle
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli flakes

Instructions 

  • Grate the garlic pods. Mix the garlic, Red Chilli flakes, and dried oregano with soft salted butter, if using unsalted butter add in a pinch of salt, mix everything.
  • Slice in the french baguette bread into pieces of 1-inch thickness.
  • Heat a griddle with some butter and toast the butter for 30 secs on both sides.
  • Now spread in some garlic butter and spread it over one side of the toasted bread.
  • In the same griddle let it toast 20 secs on one side and then flip and toast for 20 secs on the other side. Cover with a lid and for 30 secs and then remove the lid and switch off the flame.
