Grate the garlic pods. Mix the garlic, Red Chilli flakes, and dried oregano with soft salted butter, if using unsalted butter add in a pinch of salt, mix everything.
Slice in the french baguette bread into pieces of 1-inch thickness.
Heat a griddle with some butter and toast the butter for 30 secs on both sides.
Now spread in some garlic butter and spread it over one side of the toasted bread.
In the same griddle let it toast 20 secs on one side and then flip and toast for 20 secs on the other side. Cover with a lid and for 30 secs and then remove the lid and switch off the flame.
