In a vessel take the curd, to this add in grated ginger and chopped green chilli.
Next add in grated carrot and whisk everything together .Finally add in salt and mix well.
In a pan heat oil and then add in mustard seeds once they splutter switch off the flame and add the seasoning to the carrot raita. Carrot raita is now ready to serve.
Notes
Tastes good when served any Pulao or Biryani.
You can also add curry leaves and Cashew nuts to the seasoning.
