Add all the ingredients mentioned under the To grind table to a blender.
Add little water and blend to a fine paste.
Clean the fish, Wash well and make slashes in the fish.
Apply the ground masala over the fish and make sure it is evenly applied throughout the fish. Let the fish marinate for 2 hours. After margination heat a skillet with oil for shallow frying.
Cook the fish on both sides until it is cooked fully. I used some curry leaves while frying for flavor. Serve hot.
Notes
Garnish the fish with Lemon Wedges and serve.
Don’t forget to make slashes and fry the fish as it will help to get the masala spread evenly over the fish.
While flipping the fish do it with utmost care as the fish might tend to break.
