Unroll the puff pastry sheet from its package. Remove the parchment paper or any other wrapping from the sheet.
Take the puff pastry sheet and sprinkle all-purpose flour over any rolling surface. Using a rolling pin spread and flatten the puff pastry sheet roughly to a rectangle.
Meanwhile, mix cinnamon powder and sugar until combined.
Spread or sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the flattened puff pastry sheet. Spread the filling evenly leaving the edges.
now carefully roll the puff pastry sheet tightly without any gaps.
Cling wrap and put it into the freezer for 20 mins.
Remove and then slice them into even 1-inch pieces.
Airfryer Method:
Preheat the air fryer to 200C/ 400 F for 5 mins. Arrange the cinnamon pinwheels on parchment paper.
Air fry at 180 c/ 356 F for 8 mins.
Oven Method:
Spread a parchment paper oven on a baking tray and arrange the cinnamon pinwheels.
Preheat the oven to 180 C / 356 F for 10 mins. Bake at 180 C / 356 F for 10-12 mins or until the rolls are golden and crisp.
