Oatmeal Raisin Bars

Oatmeal Raisin Bars are delicious and protein-rich breakfast bars. It is vegan and perfect for post workout.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 4 Banana
  • ½ cup Almond Butter
  • cup Raisins

Instructions 

  • In a mixing bowl add the banana and mash well without any lumps. Always use overripe bananas for the best results
  • Next, add the almond butter. Whisk well and combine
  • And then add in the rolled Oats. Fold gently until mixed.
  • Next, add the raisins.
  • Fold everything together. Prepare a 6 * 6 inch square baking tray and line them with parchment paper. Transfer the prepared batter to the baking tray. Top them with more raisins.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 deg C and then bake at 180 Deg C for about 20 - 22 mins or till the toothpick when inserted comes out clean. Let it cool completely and then slice and serve.
