AirFryer Nachos

Air Fryer Nachos is an easy to assemble snack or appetizer. It is perfect for every occasion and made in less than 10 mins.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Tortilla Chips
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • cup Black beans
  • ¼ cup Salsa
  • 1 tbsp Olives
  • 2 tbsp Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Tomato chopped
  • 2 tbsp Bell pepper finely chopped

Instructions 

  • Spread parchment paper over an air fryer basket. Arrange the tortilla chips on top of the parchment paper.
  • Next spread in a generous layer of cheese. I am using mozzarella cheese. But you can use a combination of cheese.
  • Top it with some salsa and black beans.
  • Sprinkle some chopped onions, tomato, Olives and bell pepper. If you like some spice, you also deseed and finely chop jalapenos and add them. You can also add more cheese if you prefer.
  • Now put the basket to the air fryer. Air fry at 160 C / 320 F for 5 mins or till the cheese melts. Delicious air fryer Nachos are ready in just minutes.

Oven baked Nachos

  • If you are cooking in oven. Line the baking tray with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Arrange the ingredients as mentioned above. Bake at 180 C / 356 F for 15-20 mins or till the cheese melts.
