Orange Juice
Orange juice is healthy drink which is much needed to beat the heat this summer

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
- 4 Orange
- Sugar – To taste
- ½ tsp Lemon – juice from ½ lemon optional
- ½ inch piece Ginger (crushed) optional
- few Ice cubes optional
Peel the Orange skin and chop them into halfs.
Using a orange squeezer extract the juice from the orange.
To this add in the Sugar and lemon juice and ginger piece if using.
Mix everything together and then pour in the serving glass and serve. Use ice cubes if using,
- Serve the orange juice immediately after preparing .As both Orange and Lemon have citric acid in it.
- Don’t skip adding the Ginger as it enhances the flavour of the juice.
- You can skip the sugar part if your Oranges are fresh and Juicy. If its sour we have to add sugar.
- Add Ice Cubes while serving, or you can use cold water while blending the Oranges.
