Clean the quail and keep it ready. In a mixing bowl add in the red chilli powder, coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Garam Masala, Ginger garlic paste and salt. Sprinkle little water and make it to paste. Add in the lemon juice.
Add the Quail pieces and mix well such that the masala spreads evenly and fully over the quail. Allow it to marinate for 30 mins. Heat a pan with oil.
Once hot add in the marinated quail pieces and fry on both the sides till they are cooked to perfection. Serve hot
