Mango Oat pancakes are something which is not to be missed during the mango season.It makes a great after school snack or breakfast recipe for the kids.
Scoop out the pulp from the mango and blend it to a fine puree. In a mixing bowl add in the mango puree, to this add in the all-purpose flour.
Next powder the oats and add it to the mixing bowl along with the Mango puree.
Add in a pinch of baking soda and then add in the butter. Whisk everything together.
Now add in the Milk whisk everything once again and then check for the consistency, it should be similar to idli batter. Allow it to rest for 10 mins.
Heat a tawa, once its hot drizzle with butter, take a ladle full of batter and spread a little allow it to cook on both the sides. Serve with chocolate sauce
Notes
If your mango is less sweet you can also 2 tbsp of powdered sugar along with the batter. My mango was very sweet and hence I dint use sugar.
