Mango Creamsicles | Mango Cream Popsicles

Mango Creamsicles or Mango Cream Popsicles .It is so creamy and perfect to enjoy with the natural sweetness of the mango in the summer.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

Ingredients

  • Mango – 1
  • Full fat cream – ¼ cup
  • Condensed Milk – 1 tsp

Instructions 

  • Chop the mangoes into small pieces and blend them into a fine puree. In a bowl add in cream
  • Whip it using a beater until it is soft and creamy .Add in Condensed milk and whip once again.
  • Now to this add in the mango puree and fold gently. Pour this over the Popsicle mould.
  • Cover it with the lid or with aluminium foil and insert the sticks. Freeze it for 8 hours or overnight. While using show those in running tap water to demould. Serve immediately.
