Mango Sorbet is much a healthier version compared to the Ice cream as it is vegan ,dairy free and has minimal sugar.Mango Sorbet is made with fresh mangoes.
In a sauce pan add in Sugar, Cardamom powder and Water and allow it to boil till the sugar dissolves and gets a little thick. No one string consistency is required.
Wash the Mangoes well and then scoop out the fresh from them to this add in the lemon juice and sugar water.
Take everything in a blender and blend well to form a fine paste. Put the contents in a freezer safe bowl and freeze it for 4 hours.
After 4 hours scoop everything again to a blender and blend everything once again and the transfer it back to the freezer safer box and freeze again. Repeat the same process for another 4 or 5 time and then finally freeze for another 6 hours continuously.
Notes
The more time your blend the frozen mangoes you will get a better consistency of the sorbet.
You can also add a drop of Rose water to the sorbet.
