Heat a kadai and add in oil. Once the oil becomes hot add in Fennel seeds and Green Cardamon and let it splutter.
2)Now add in onion and the slit Green chilli.
Once the onion turns translucent add in Ginger garlic paste and fry for two mins till the raw smell leaves and then add in the chopped tomato and cook till it become mushy.
Now add in the chopped vegetables and fry for about 2 mins
Now add in all the spice powders,Salt and the ground coconut paste and add in the required water and mix well.Once it starts to boil close the cooker and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
Heatlhy Mixed Vegetable Gravy is now ready to be served.Served hot with any Indian Flat bread
