Remove the outer skin and chop the jackfruit into small piece. Transfer it to a pressure cooker add salt and turmeric powder, ½ cup water and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
Wait till the pressure is released on its own and then open the cooker.
Transfer the cooked jackfruit pieces in to blender and pulse it.
In a blender add in the coconut, curry leaves, garlic ,cumin seeds ,turmeric powder, green chilli and pulse it and set aside.
In a vessel add the pulsed jackfruit and coconut masala and mix well.
Heat a pan with coconut oil once hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ,channa Dal, dry red chilli curry leaves.
Then add in the cooked raw jackfruit and coconut mixture and stir well. Add required salt cook in a low flame for 5 mins and switch off

· Serve with Rice and any spicy gravy.
· Can be made quickly in 20 mins.
