Soak the Rajma overnight and then pressure cook it by adding little Salt for 4 whistles. Wait till the pressure gets released by itself and then drain the excess water and set the rajma aside. Heat a pan with oil once its hot add in the Mustard, Cumin Seeds and Urad Dal let it splutter.
Then add in the hing, Curry leaves and dry red chilli saute for few secs and then add in the Cooked Rajma, Sauté and cook for a min and then add little Salt as needed. Mix well.
Next add in the grated coconut and mix well. Cook for a min and then switch off the flame.
Notes
Check and add Salt as we have already added salt while cooking the Rajma.
If you prefer a spicy Sundal ,add in 1 tbsp of Sundal spice mix and mix well before adding the grated coconut.
Serve as an evening snack.
