In a Kadai / Pan add in oil and once it is hot add in the chopped tomatoes, ginger , green chili, and grated coconut saute well for about 5 mins in a medium flame.
Add this to a blender and grind it to form a fine paste. Add this to the prepared Idli Dosa Batter.
Mix the batter really well and then in another pan prepare the tadka to add in the dosa batter. Heat oil in the pan and add in the ingredients mentioned in the “To Temper” table one by one once they splutter add it to the Prepared batter.
Mix well and Heat the Tawa in stove and smear in oil, once it is hot enough pour a ladle full of batter and spread it to form a dosa. Drizzle oil over the edges and cook until it is done on one side.
Flip and cook on the other side also. Serve hot with Chutney and Sambar.

· Serve hot with Sambar and Chutney.
· You can also add chopped onions to the batter.
