Moong Dal Dosa| Instant Moong Dal Dosa | Pasi Parupu Dosai
Moong Dal Dosa is similar in taste to our Adai Dosa. Moong Dal Dal is healthy and protein-rich. It is so filling and keeps us from hunger for a longer time than usual.
Wash well and soak Moong Dal and Idli Rice together for 5 hours, Transfer everything in a blender and to this add in the Dry Red Chilli, Curry Leaves, Ginger, Cumin Seeds, and Hing as water and blend well to a fine paste like adai dosa batter, You can also grind in batches.
Transfer the prepared batter in a vessel, add in the salt and required water and mix everything together, bring it to adai batter consistency. Heat a dosa pan once its hot take a ladle full of batter and spread like dosa.
Drizzle oil over the sides. Flip and cook evenly on both sides. Serve hot with Chutney or Sambar.

Raw onions can also be sprinkled over the dosa.
