Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients

Fenugreek | Methi Seeds
Instructions
In a bowl pan add in the Fenugreek seeds. Dry roast in a low flame until it is nice and golden brown in colour.
Allow it to cool down completely, and then grind to form a fine powder. Store it in an air tight container.
Notes
Can be used in pickles and some gravies.
Very good for digestion.
