Heat a dosa tawa. Once it’s hot pour a ladle of idli dosa batter. Don't spread, let it be like an uthappam. Drizzle oil on the edges and cover and cook for a few secs so that the bottom starts to get crisp and the batter doesn’t spread upon adding the toppings.
Next add in chopped onions, tomato, and capsicum
Next add carrot and sweet corn. Finally, add in the grated cheese.
Cover and cook in a lowest possible flame until the cheese starts to melt and the dosa is cooked fully.
Notes
· Goes well with tomato sauce.
· Add the toppings as per your preference.
· Serve as a breakfast or even as a snack.
