Vegetable Pizza dosa

Pizza dosa is an yummy variation from the regular dosa. You can just add all your kids favorite toppings and serve to your kids

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

Ingredients

  • Idli Dosa Batter – 1 cup
  • Ghee – 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Onion – 2 tbsp
  • Chopped tomato – 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Capsicum – 2 tbsp
  • Chopped carrot – 2 tbsp
  • Sweet corn – 2 tbsp
  • Cheese cubes - 3

Instructions 

  • Heat a dosa tawa. Once it’s hot pour a ladle of idli dosa batter. Don't spread, let it be like an uthappam. Drizzle oil on the edges and cover and cook for a few secs so that the bottom starts to get crisp and the batter doesn’t spread upon adding the toppings.
  • Next add in chopped onions, tomato, and capsicum
  • Next add carrot and sweet corn. Finally, add in the grated cheese.
  • Cover and cook in a lowest possible flame until the cheese starts to melt and the dosa is cooked fully.

Notes

· Goes well with tomato sauce.
· Add the toppings as per your preference.
· Serve as a breakfast or even as a snack.
