A delicious and healthy Mango smoothie bowl prepared with Mangoes and Finger Millet

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml


  • Sauce pan


  • ¾ cup Water
  • ¼ cup Ragi Flour
  • 1 cup Mango Puree
  • as needed Pomegranate pearls
  • ¼ cup or as needed Mango pieces
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds


  • In a saucepan add in ¾ cup of water, to this add in ¼ cup of ragi flour. Mix well. Such that the flour is completely dissolved, and no lumps remain.
  • Now switch on the stove and keep cooking in a low flame.The mix will get thick and glossy. Keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Once its thick and the colour changes, Switch off the flame. Allow it to cool down completely.
  •  Next add in the Mago puree and mix well such that there are no lumps and the ragi and mango puree are complete mixed evenly.
  • Transfer it to a serving bowl. Top it with Mango pieces, pomegranate arils.
  • Finally garnish with chia seeds and serve.



  • There is absolutely no measurements for this recipe you can use your favourite ingredients.
  • I have not added any sweeteners for this recipe, as my mangoes were sweet enough, So adjust as you need.
  • Use the toppings as per your choice and availability.
  • I have used mangoes pomegranate and chia seeds. So use as you wish.
