Ingredients
Capsicum – 6 tsbpchopped
Hung Curd – 2 tbsp
Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
Salt as needed
Cheese as needed
Butter 1 tbsp
Bread Slices - 6
Instructions
Chop the capsicum into small cubes. Transfer it into a bowl. Add in the Hung Curd.
Next add in the Pepper powder, Roasted Cumin powder, Salt and cheese if adding.
Combine everything together until its well mixed. Take the bread slices. Scoop in the capsicum and close the bread with another slice.
Heat a grill pan with butter and the toast the bread on both the sides until crisp. Serve with Ketchup.

· Serve with Ketchup. ·Instead of Hung curd mayonnaise can be added. But use hung curd for healthier option · I skipped Cheese in my cheese but add if you like. ·I used red, Green and yellow capsicum. You can use any colour as per your preference and availability.
