Watermelon Lemonade

Watermelon Lemonade is a yummy summer drink made of Watermelon, Lemon Juice, and any sweetener. It is super refreshing and hydrates the body.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml


  • 4 cups Watermelon
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Mint Leaves for garnish


  • In a blender add in 4 cups of watermelon cubes. Also add in 1 cup of Water
  • Along with them add in a small piece of ginger. Preferably 1 inch piece.
  • Next add in 2 tbsp of Sugar. You may skip if your watermelons are really sweet. Or you can use Maple syrup, Agave, or honey. Any sweeteners as per your preference.
  • Blend well and pass through a strainer to remove the discards. Press with the spoon to extract the juice.
  • Now add in the Lemon Juice and mix well. You can add ice cubes if you prefer. Serve chilled with some Mint Leaves as a garnish.
