In a blender add in chopped gooseberry along with green chilli and coconut and grind to a coarse paste.
In a bowl beat in thick curd and add the ground gooseberry paste and mix well. To this add in the required salt and bring it a desired consistency.
In a pan add in oil once it heats up add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,hing,dry red chilli and curry leaves and allow them to crackle and then pour over the prepared raita. Serve with Rice.
