Pistachio Overnight Oats

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats – 3 tbsp
  • Chia Seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Milk – ½ cup
  • Pista essence – few drops
  • Ragi flakes – 1 tsp
  • Flax seeds – 1 tsp
  • Crushed pistachios – 1 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 tbsp

Instructions 

  • In a mixing bowl add in the Rolled Oats, Chia Seeds and Milk. Mix well
  • Refrigerate overnight. In the morning take it from the fridge to this add in the pista essence and mix well.
  • Next add in the Ragi flakes, Flax seeds, crushed pistachios and honey.
  • Mix well and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Makes a healthy breakfast.
  • If you don’t have any ingredient, you can skip.
