In a bowl add in luke warm water, to this add in the yeast and Sugar. Set it aside without any disturbance for 10 mins.
In another bowl, take the flour, to this add in the Salt. The yeast would have bloomed by now, add this to the flour mixture.
Knead the flour to a soft dough for 5 to 10 mins. Add in the olive oil and knead the dough once again .
Cover the kneaded dough with a cling wrap and place it in a dark and warm place. let it rest for 2 hours. The dough would have proofed by now. After two hours. Punch in the dough and knead a little.
Take a baking tray and line it with parchment paper.Place the dough and spread the dough with hands or a rolling pin to form the shape. With a ladle press and form a circular rim in shape . Prick it with a fork thought the pizza.
Now preheat the oven at 180 Deg for 10 mins and bake the pizza base at 180 Deg C for 12 min. Meanwhile prepare the toppings. Saute the paneer cubes in butter for few mins ,Slice the onions, Capsicum and then grate the cheese and keep it ready.
Once the pizza base is baked. Spread the base with the pizza sauce generously and then sprinkle it with grated cheese.
Next add in the onion and capsicum slice. And then add in the butter toasted paneer. Sprinkle in some extra cheese and then red chilli flakes.
Now bake the pizza again at 220 Deg C for 8 mins.
