Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour / Atta – 1 cup
  • Water as needed
  • Salt as needed
  • Oil / Ghee as needed

Instructions 

  • Take the whole wheat flour in a bowl ,to this add in salt and mix roughly with fingers
  • Now add water little by little and bring the entire flour to the dosa batter consistency. The Batter should be watery than the noraml idli dosa batter.
  • Heat the tawa in stove and smear in oil, once it is hot enough pour a ladle full of batter and spread it to form a dosa.
  • Drizzle oil over the edges and cook till it is done on one slip .Flip and cook on the other side also. Serve hot with Chutney and Sambar.

Notes

· Serve hot with Sambar and Chutney.
· You can also add chopped onions to the batter.
· The consistency of the batter should be slightly thinner than the normal idli dosa batter. · Make sure there is no lumps while preparing the batter.
