In a mixing bowl add All-purpose Flour, Cane Sugar, and cocoa powder.
Next add in Cooking Oil, Water, Salt and Vanilla essence. Mix well.
Next add in 1 tsp of chocolate chips. Fold everything gently such that there are no lumps and the batter is mixed evenly. Grease a microwave-safe cup with butter and transfer the prepared batter in a microwave-safe cup. Top it with the remaining chocolate chips.
microwave in high heat for 1 min and the brownie are done.
Notes
Serve with a serving of Vanilla Ice cream scoop.
Best with some chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream together.
Microwave time may vary based on the Watt and settings of your oven so pls check after 40 – 60 secs.
