Microwave Chocolate Brownies
Microwave Chocolate Brownies is a sinful and gooey brownie in a mug prepared in just 1 min. Perfect for a dessert for one.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- All-purpose Flour / Maida – 3 tbsp
- Brown Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Cocoa Powder – 3 tbsp
- Cooking Oil – 3 tbsp
- Water – 3 tbsp
- Salt a pinch
- Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
- Chocolate Chips – 2 tsp
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add All-purpose Flour, Cane Sugar, and cocoa powder.
- Next add in Cooking Oil, Water, Salt and Vanilla essence. Mix well.
- Next add in 1 tsp of chocolate chips. Fold everything gently such that there are no lumps and the batter is mixed evenly. Grease a microwave-safe cup with butter and transfer the prepared batter in a microwave-safe cup. Top it with the remaining chocolate chips.
- microwave in high heat for 1 min and the brownie are done.
Notes
Serve with a serving of Vanilla Ice cream scoop.
Best with some chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream together.
