Eggless Cranberry Cookies is a fantabulous cookie made with butter, sugar, and dried cranberries. It is extremely delicious and perfect for gifting.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Powdered Sugar – ¼ cup
Butter – ¼ cup
Dried Cranberry – ¼ cup
All-purpose flour – ½ cup
Salt a pinch
Milk – 1 tbspas needed
In a mixing bowl add in the powdered sugar and butter. Cream together until they both combine well.
Next add in the dried cranberry in this mixture. Sieve together all-purpose flour and salt.
Mix everything together and bring to a soft dough. If the mixture is dry you can add some milk and mix.
Drive the dough into equal portions and press slightly in between the palm to form the cookies are you can use the cookie cutter to shape the cookies. Place the cookies in the refrigerator for 15 mins
Preheat the oven at 180 Deg C for about 10 mins. Make while brush the cookies with milk before baking and then bake the cookies at 180 Deg C for about 15 mins. Allow the cookies to cool completely and then store in an airtight container.
The cookies will be soft when hot but tend to become crisp once it cools down.The baking time may vary from oven to oven. So check after 13 mins itself.
