Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Moong Sprouts
  • 2 tbsp Cane Sugar
  • 1 tsp Gingelly Oil
  • Salt a pinch
  • 2 tbsp Grated Coconut

Instructions 

  • In a mixing bowl add in 1 cup of Moong Sprouts.
    Take Moong sprouts
  • To this add in the 2 tbsp of Cane sugar
    Add in Cane Sugar
  • Add in 1 tsp of Gingelly oil
    Add in Gingelly oil
  • And then add in a pinch of salt.
    Add in Salt
  • Finally, toss well and garnish it with grated coconut and serve immediately.

Notes

Perfect for an evening snack.
Don’t prepare and serve lately it might get soggy. Prepare and serve immediately.
