Paneer Paratha | Stuffed Paneer Paratha

Paneer Paratha or Paneer Stuffed paratha is another healthy stuffed paratha. It is so filling and goes with just yogurt and Pickle.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

Ingredients

  • Atta / Whole Wheat flour – 1 cup
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Water as needed
  • Ghee/oil to cook the paratha
  • For the filling :
  • Paneer grated – ½ cup
  • Green chilli – 1
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Salt as needed
  • Garam Masala – 1 tsp

Instructions 

  • In a mixing bowl add in the atta and the required salt. Add water little by little and start kneading the dough. After kneading to a soft dough. Cover it with a kitchen cloth and leave it undisturbed for 30 mins.
  • When the dough is ready let's preparing the filling. Grate the paneer. To this add finely chopped green chili and coriander leaves.
  • Next add in the salt and garam masala mix well and form equal sized balls.
  • Now pinch a small portion of the prepared dough. Roll to a small-sized and flatten. Keep a small paneer ball and seal all the sides to close.
  • Now dust it and flatten it to a paratha shape.
  • Heat a Tawa once it’s hot toast the paratha by applying ghee on both sides.
  • Once it’s cooked to perfection remove and serve immediately.

Notes

· You can use oil instead of ghee.
· Instead of grating the paneer it can be crumbled and used. I have tried both ways.
· Serve with yogurt or any sabzi.
