Rice Krispies Fudge Recipe | Rice Krispies Chocolate Fudge

Rice Krispies Fudge has a crunchy texture and hence it gives a nice bite. Chocolate with a rice Krispies texture is heaven in every bite.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

Ingredients

  • Chocolate Chips / Cooking chocolate – 1 cup
  • Condensed milk – ¼ cup
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Rice Krisipes – ½ cup

Instructions 

  • Take the cooking chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave it for 1 min. The chocolate will start to melt now. Mix well and then add in the condensed milk.
  • Mix again and add the butter. Microwave it again for 10 secs.The butter will state to melt now. Mix everything so that it is evenly mixed.
  • Line a vessel with parchment paper and keep it ready. To the melted chocolate now add in the rice krispies.
  • Mix well so that it is fully coated with chocolate. Pour this over the lined tray and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate this after 10 mins remove from the fridge and slice them. Again refrigerate it for 1 hour and then you can cut into pieces and store. Rice Krispies chocolate fudge is now ready.

Notes

· Store in the fridge till you use.
· I made the fudge into bite sized small pieces. You can shape them into any desired shapes.
· If you don’t get Rice Krisipes you can very well replace them with Nuts or dry fruits.
