Mango Smoothie Bowl

Mango smoothie bowl is a healthy alternative for breakfast. Mango smoothie bowl is rapid to whip up with no additional sweeteners.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

Ingredients

  • Mango puree – 2 cups
  • Hung Curd – 2 tbsp
  • Rose petals – 2 tbsp
  • Chocolate Chips – 2 tbsp
  • Rolled Oats – 2 tbsp
  • Cucumber seeds – 2 tbsp

Instructions 

  • Scoop in the mango pulp. In a blender add in the mango pulp from 2 mangoes. To this add in the hung curd and blend well to a fine puree.
  • Transfer the mango smoothie to a serving bowl. Top it with Rose petals, Chocolate chips.
  • And then cucumber seeds and rolled oats.

Notes

·       Use the toppings as per your preference. I have used as per my kids’ choice.
·       You can use Almond flakes, fruits, any nuts of your choice.
·       Even top it with chopped mango cubes.
·       My mangoes were sweet enough, so I dint use any extra sweeteners.
·       If you want it more sweet use any sweeteners of your choice like sugar, palm sugar or even jaggery powder works.
·       I use Alphonso variety mangoes.
