· You can also use a tbsp. of curd if the bhindi is slimier.
· Clean the lady’s finger with water and allow it to dry using a paper towel make sure there is no moisture in the lady’s finger and chop it .Allow it to rest for an hour and then use in the cooking. This will help reducing the sliminess of bhindi. This really helped all the time.
· Tastes good with Steamed Rice and Sambar.
