Jackfruit Ice Cream Recipe | Easy Chakka Pazham Ice Cream | Easy Homemade Jackfruit Ice cream

Jack fruit ice cream is prepared with fresh jack fruit , Condensed milk and fresh cream. Just 3 ingredients we are all set .

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

Ingredients

  • Fresh Cream – 1 cup
  • Condensed Milk – ¾ cup
  • Jackfruit Arils- 20
  • Food Colour a pinch Optional

Instructions 

  • Take the fresh cream in a bowl, beat well for 2 mins until its soft and creamy, Next add in the condensed milk.
  • Beat again for 1 more min. Take at least 15 Jackfruit arils and blend it to a fine puree.
  • Add the jackfruit puree to the beaten ice cream base. Fold gently with a spatula. Next add in the food colour if using.
  • Chop the remaining jack fruit arils into small pieces and add it to the ice cream base. Fold everything gently until its evenly mixed. Pour this to a freezer safe container and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Scoop and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Serve Chilled.
  • You can skip adding the food colour if you don’t use.
  • If you don’t have a hand blender you can very well use your mixie jar and beat the ice cream.
